Products can be returned unopened and in brand-new condition with original receipt. 

Products that are 3C electronic products(video games, electric products ) or products that are assembled and cannot be restored to their original state are not accepted. (Suggestion: For products that require assembly, please confirm whether the products are complete or not before assembly  )
